TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is a Scheduling, Management and Coordination (OPC) mission in the context of the extension works for the ALRE’O community aquatic centre in the commune of Auray. The scheduling, coordination and site management mission is defined in Article R2431-17 of the Public Procurement Code. The works consist of extending the ALRE’O aquatic centre, located in the Porte Océane 3 business zone. The existing building, which was put into service in 2015, will be the subject of an All Trades works programme, in particular: - construction of an outdoor pool + landscaped areas - renovation and extension of the wellness area (sauna, hammam, ...) - probable extension for the administrative areas - various internal refurbishments (staff areas, changing rooms, storage, ...) - internal refurbishments as part of improving flow (groups, leisure, staff, ...) - replacement of the water slide - replacement/upgrade of technical equipment: water treatment, air treatment, production of ECS (domestic hot water), wood-fired boiler room, with potentially a photovoltaic installation and/or solar thermal system.
