Mission d’ordonnancement pilotage coordination dans le cadre des travaux d’extension du centre aquatique communautaire Alré’o sur la commune d’Auray

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is for a Scheduling, Project Management and Coordination (OPC) assignment in the context of the extension works for the ALRE’O community aquatic centre in the commune of Auray. The scheduling, coordination and project management mission for the site is defined in Article R2431-17 of the Public Procurement Code. The works consist of extending the ALRE’O aquatic centre, located in the Porte Océane 3 business area. The existing building, which was commissioned in 2015, will be subject to a multi-trade works programme (All Trades), including in particular: - construction of an outdoor pool + landscaped areas - renovation and extension of the wellness area (sauna, hammam, ...) - likely extension for the administrative areas - various interior reconfigurations (staff areas, changing rooms, storage, ...) - interior reconfigurations as part of improving traffic flow (groups, leisure, staff,...) - replacement of the waterslide - replacement / improvement of technical equipment: water treatment, air treatment, production of domestic hot sanitary water (DHW), wood-fired boiler house, with potentially a photovoltaic installation and/or thermal solar installation.
