“Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the School and Pre-School Complex in Kampinos” 1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a task entitled: “Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the School and Pre-School Complex in Kampinos” at ul. Szkolna 5 in Kampinos, on the plot with cadastral designation ew no. 94/7 in the cadastral district of 0001 Kampinos within the territory of the municipality of Kampinos. In addition to the above-mentioned plot, there is also a multi-family municipal building, a sports hall, and a sports pitches complex “ORLIK”. 2. Construction works shall be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation, the SWZ (terms of reference), requirements resulting from arrangements, notifications and other documents concerning the implementation of the investment, the rules of technical knowledge and construction art, and the applicable provisions of law. 3. If discrepancies are found between documents describing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor should, before the deadline for submitting tenders, request the Contracting Authority to clarify the content of the SWZ.
