TENDER DESCRIPTION
PROCUREMENT OF TWO TRACTORS WITH A PLOW BLADE (SNOW PLOW) THROUGH FINANCIAL LEASING Two compact utility tractors with a front hydraulic plough blade (snow plough) for snow, which are procured through financial leasing. The vehicles are procured through financial leasing for a period of 5 (five) years, in accordance with the provisions of the Leasing Act (NN 141/13, hereinafter: the Leasing Act). The technical description of the vehicles is provided in the document entitled Technical Specification (Form 1). The delivery deadline for the vehicles is a maximum of 45 calendar days from the date of the mutual signing of the Leasing Agreement.
