TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the procurement and installation of a technical security and access control system for a passage, with installation at the Dubrava location at three separate entrances (two vehicle entrances and two pedestrian entrances). The vehicle access for motor and tram vehicles is provided from the carriageway of Mandlova Street. Pedestrian access is provided at the entrances to Mandlova and Štefanovečki zavoj. The control system must provide the following capabilities: - parallel maintenance of visitor records on multiple independent facilities; - entry of basic data manually or by using a dedicated document scanner; - viewing the list of visits or visitors; - viewing visit records for a specific person; - recording the employee to whom the visit is addressed; - assigning an access control card with automatic assignment of appropriate authorizations in the access control system in accordance with the place of the visit.
