The subject of procurement is the supply of a vehicle through financial leasing without an upfront payment in accordance with the detailed description, types of vehicles and quantities specified in the Description and the scope of the subject of procurement, the Technical Specifications of the vehicle, the Service Network, the Schedule of Costs, and this Procurement Documentation. The delivered goods must be new and unused, and meet all standards in accordance with the positive regulations in the Republic of Croatia. The selected tenderer is obliged to deliver and carry out the subject of procurement properly, conscientiously and responsibly, with the care of a good expert, according to the highest professional standards and recognized rules of the profession, and in accordance with the legal and by-law acts governing the activity covered by this procurement procedure.
