The subject of procurement is the supply of vehicles through financial leasing without a down payment, in accordance with the detailed description, the types of vehicles and quantities specified in the Description and scope of the procurement subject, in the Technical Specifications of the Vehicles, the Service Network, the Cost Sheet and this Procurement Documentation. The supplied goods must be new and unused, and must meet all standards in accordance with the positive regulations in the Republic of Croatia. The selected tenderer is required to deliver and carry out the subject of procurement properly, conscientiously and responsibly, with the care of a good professional, in accordance with the highest professional standards and recognized rules of the profession, and in accordance with the legal and by-law acts governing the activity covered by this procurement procedure.
