TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the lease and operation of a printing system using multifunction devices. 2. The subject of the Contract includes the lease and operation together with software ensuring the functionality of the system for two groups of devices, i.e.: 1) Group A3 covering the lease and operation: - 34 new, colour multifunction devices in A3 format, - 1 new, colour multifunction device in A3 format with a finisher, 2) Group A4 covering the lease and operation of 6 new, colour multifunction devices in A4 format. 3. The subject of the Contract will be carried out in accordance with the procurement documentation, i.e. this SWZ and its attachments, in particular with regard to and in accordance with the conditions specified in the Technical Specification (constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ—hereinafter “TS”) together with Annex No 1, and in the Draft Contract (constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ). 4.
