WBG Kommunal GmbH intends to commission an external superordinate fire safety officer for construction-time fire protection for the construction project “Construction of Martin-Behaim-Gymnasium” at Schultheißallee 1, 90478 Nuremberg. The subject of the procurement is the organizational coordination, advisory, monitoring, documentation and follow-up of the construction-time fire protection management on the construction site (professional monitoring on behalf of the client without any sovereign inspection or order-granting powers). The service in particular includes preparing and updating the construction-time fire protection plan, regular site walk-throughs, accompanying and conducting spot-checks of the permit-to-work procedure for fire-hazardous work, contributing to alarm and reporting routes, instruction and/or organizing site inductions, as well as ongoing documentation and reporting to the client.
