TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of an annex building for the town hall extension for the municipal administration of Pfullingen, on the edge of the historic old town. The annex building will be directly connected in future to the existing, historic town hall. The town hall is a listed cultural heritage monument. For access/connection to the new extension, interventions in the building fabric of the existing building from 1685 and in the extension from 1905 are also necessary. Extensive conversion and renovation measures are carried out in the existing building. All components are restored/put in working order and the building services equipment is renewed. Work on the existing building while it is in operation. For the trade joinery work—doors, the following work is necessary: - Interior doors without fire-protection requirements, 35 pcs. - Interior doors with fire-protection requirements T30, 5 pcs. - Interior doors with fire-protection requirements T60, 5 pcs. - Fire doors partly with hold-open devices - Emergency exit door control, 2 pcs.
