TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot No. 1: "Restoration of road and sidewalk pavements on the territory of the City of Sofia – Regional Center "North". Lot No. 1 covers the territory and shall be performed in the following districts of the Sofia Municipality: Serdika, Poduene, Slatina, Kremikovtsi, Oborište and Nadezhda. Part of the main types of construction and installation works (CIW) include: Demolition and restoration of sidewalk and basalt slabs – new, including the materials – 700 m2; Asphalt restoration /mandatory sealing of the contour with melted bitumen/ – 800 m2; Restoration of concrete pavements – 110 m2; Repair of a double manhole with dimensions 140/100/90 cm – 45 pcs.; Construction of a triple manhole with dimensions 210/100/90 cm – 14 pcs.; Restoration of setts (paving stones) – 55 m2; Restoration of kerbs with old kerbs – 50 m; Double painting on metal surfaces – 50 m2; Fabrication and installation of reinforcement of ordinary and medium complexity of 6÷12 mm of A1 and A2 – 360 kg.; Supply and placement of concrete B 20 – 20 m3.
