The project is to be developed as follows: Conceptual design Technical design In accordance with the applicable regulatory framework for design and Regulation No 4/21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, it is necessary to develop a technical design comprising the following parts: Architecture Structures Geology Water and sewerage (ViK) Electrical (Electro) HVAC Energy efficiency (EE) Fire safety (ПБ) Civil defence preparedness (ПУСО) Civil defence (ПБЗ) Geodesy/Vertical planning Landscaping /site development; The selected contractor will carry out author’s supervision during the execution of construction works.
