TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance is the execution of the construction „New build of the school building SŠŽ Sokolov on parcel no. 386/1, cadastral area Sokolov“, which addresses the new construction of the building of the Secondary Vocational School of Crafts Sokolov, a contributory organization (hereinafter referred to as „SŠŽ Sokolov“). The actual construction comprises several construction objects (hereinafter referred to as „SO“), the detailed description of which is provided in the project documentation. The matter involves the implementation of an object equipped with appropriate infrastructure and all other construction and engineering objects, operating sets for ensuring the operation of the SŠŽ Sokolov school, and also the preparation of as-built documentation (DSPS) using the BIM method and ensuring the certification of the school building by SBToolCZ (at least a bronze certificate).
