TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the competition is a proposal to convert an existing rural homestead or a proposal for a new building of a municipal house, and the solution for the adjoining public spaces, in particular the village square. The competition is open, single-phase, architectural and design-oriented. The purpose of the competition is to find the most suitable solution and to select the participants with whom the contracting authority will, in a subsequent negotiated procedure without publication pursuant to Section 65 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., conduct negotiations to conclude a contract for the preparation of design documentation and related services.
