TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from properties where residents live within the area of Gmina Rzgów (single-family and multi-family), from land belonging to Gmina Rzgów, from the Selective Waste Collection Point and from pharmacy premises located within the area of Gmina Rzgów, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, as well as limiting the amount of municipal waste biodegradable waste transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and implementing acts, as well as, during the term of the contract, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódzkie Voivodeship and provisions of local law, in particular: specifying the detailed method and scope for providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing that waste, and the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in…
