TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste from the area of Gmina Porąbka in 2027, from owners of inhabited properties, non-residential properties whose owners have joined the municipal system for managing municipal waste, properties that are partly inhabited and partly non-residential, as well as holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes. The scope of the contract includes the collection and transport of the entire stream of municipal waste covered by the contract, excluding waste consisting of plant parts originating from the maintenance of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries. The collected waste will be delivered to the Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała. The detailed scope and conditions for performance of the contract have been specified in the contract documents, in particular in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract.
