1. The subject of the contract includes collection, transport and discharge of landfill leachate from the Częstochowskie Komunalne Sp. z o.o. facility in Sobuczyn. 2. Scope of the contract: 2.1. Place of disposal of landfill leachate: Water and Sewerage Company in Częstochowa, receiving point ul. Wały Dwernickiego in Częstochowa 2.2. Quantity of landfill leachate for collection, transport and discharge under the contract during the term of the agreement is: -- minimum quantity 10 000.00 Mg -- maximum quantity 40 000.00 Mg. 2.3. Instructions regarding the dates and quantities of leachate to be hauled will be issued by the Contracting Authority with one day’s notice, with the daily required quantity of leachate to be hauled amounting to max. 150 Mg. 2.4. Discharge of leachate at the receiving point specified above must take place during the hours: 6:00–9:00 and 18:00–22:00. 1.
