TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of contractor pools that can be called upon by the contracting authority at short notice in individual cases and without the need to carry out a lengthy formal procurement procedure, for the efficient commissioning of IT and consulting services to optimize the contracting authority’s above-described activities in certain fields of tasks and priorities. The contracting authority coordinates the contracting-authority-funded fiber-optic expansion in six districts in Baden-Württemberg. It does not build itself; rather, it manages and monitors external general contractors (GÜ), general contractors (GU), planning offices and other partners. In view of a planned construction volume of around EUR 1.6 billion and a project term for the construction projects until 2032, the existing project management is reaching its limits. To take account of the significantly increased requirements, a landscape of tools is needed that supports the core processes along the value chain end-to-end.
