TENDER DESCRIPTION

The AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers all interested pharmaceutical companies rebate contracts for the aforementioned active ingredient without a selection decision. The contracts are concluded within an "Open House model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. In the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are standardized - individual negotiations are not conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.09.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can take place within the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination with a notice period of 6 weeks to the end of the month in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
