TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies rebate contracts for the above-mentioned active ingredient without a selection decision. Contract conclusions take place within the framework of an "Open House Model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. In the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are not conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.10.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can occur within the 24-month period on the first of each month. There is a right of termination with six weeks' notice to the end of the month according to the provisions of the contract.
