TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount contracts for the above-mentioned active ingredient without a selection decision. Contract awards are made within the scope of an "open-house model". The contracts offered are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance fund. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, terms and conditions, and access procedures are uniform—individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract terms are for a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract commencement date is 01.12.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the date of the earliest contract commencement, regardless of the date on which the respective contract is concluded. Accession and/or contract conclusion may be made within the 24-month period, each time on the first day of every month.
