TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount agreements with the above-mentioned active ingredient without a selection decision. The agreements are concluded within the framework of an “open house model”. The contracts offered are not exclusive; agreements with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance fund. In the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions and access procedures are uniform—no individual negotiations are conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start date, irrespective of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Accession and/or contract conclusion can take place within the 24-month period, each time on the first day of each month.
