TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Oulu Water municipal undertaking (hereinafter also “Contracting Entity”) requests applications for participation for the main contract for the expansion of a new surface water plant to be built in Hintta, in accordance with the contract notice and its appendices, using a competitive negotiated procedure. The subject of the procurement is the main contract for the expansion of a new surface water plant to be built in Hintta. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the adequacy of Oulu City’s drinking water supply and the operational reliability of water supply and sewerage services, and to enable the basic refurbishment of the existing waterworks. The form of contract is a lump-sum contract (total contract). As specified in the plans, the Hintta surface water plant expansion project includes the construction of the surface water plant as a total contract. The surface water plant is built and made ready for use under the total contract.
