TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment consists of carrying out design, (project) engineering, project (supervision) and support within cultural and civil engineering projects. Main components: carrying out design work for redevelopments with (public) participation carrying out cultural and civil engineering drafting work; determining quantities for the preparation of the tender specification; realising RAW tender specifications including appendices; drafting the Requests for Clarification and the associated responses; checking winning tenders; carrying out supervision and management (directing); advisory work in the fields of traffic, urban planning, landscape architecture, paving and the environment; supporting activities for projects with (public) participation; supervising investigations to be carried out by third parties; other activities where applicable. These are engineering contracts with an estimated value of up to € 100,000,- exclusive of VAT per sub-assignment. The work to be carried out will be within the municipal boundaries of the municipality of Bergeijk and falls under its responsibility.
