TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this design assignment is the design of the tram line between the new Pacsirtamező Street – Szentendrei Road – Kaszásdűlő HÉV station branching off from the northern branch of the Buda interconnecting tram network, preparation of decision-preparatory documents, and, in addition to the preparation of the construction permit and construction and execution plans, conducting the permitting procedures, obtaining the building permits and all other necessary legally effective permits, approvals and a DeBo certificate. The designer’s task can also include compiling the tender documents (construction documents) aimed at selecting the contractor, as well as preparing the feasibility study, the environmental impact study and the preliminary archaeological documentation. The Contracting Authority intends to implement the project in the form of a Framework Agreement, by splitting the entire design assignment into several plan phases and concluding contracts for the plan phases.
