TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is inviting tenders, by means of an open procedure, for current and flow measurement services for the FSRU WHV02. As part of the operation of the FSRU WHV02, continuous monitoring measures are required. The aim is to record changes in the flow and sediment regime, ensure keel clearance in the turning basin and the berth pocket, and monitor scour protection in the area of the berthing dolphins, as well as to check the cable and TCP coverage. The services include, in particular: (1) ADCP flow measurements: measurements at the long-term profiles of the Jade-Weser Port with annual reporting to the authorities, (2) Bathymetric sounding surveys: regular soundings of the surrounding area, the turning basin, and the approach area, as well as monitoring scour protection, the cable route and the TCP route, (3) Data processing and documentation: preparation of digital terrain models, sounding charts, maps and reports, as well as handover of all data to the contracting authority. The services are specified below. Results must be submitted digitally (raw data + analysis) as well as in the form of reports and map material to the contracting authority.
