TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is construction works involving renovation and fit-out works for selected rooms in the City Hall building of the City Office of Kalisz at Główny Rynek 20 in Kalisz, divided into three parts: Part 1: Renovation and fit-out of Room No. 36 Part 2: Renovation of the sanitary room on the second floor Part 3: Renovation of corridors and staircases, Stage I - ground floor and first floor in accordance with the documents specified in point 4.6 of the SWZ. 2. The scope of works under Part 1 includes in particular: a) demolition and dismantling works; b) construction works including, in particular: - installation of stucco; - painting of the ceiling and wall sections; - installation of wallpaper; - renovation and completion of the existing parquet flooring; c) supply, installation and configuration of multimedia equipment; d) finishing works; and ancillary works necessary for proper performance of the contract. 3. The detailed scope of works and the method of their execution have been specified in the design documentation and the draft contract, which form attachments to the SWZ.
