Renovation together with adaptation of premises for office purposes at the County Office (Starostwo Powiatowe) in Iława 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in carrying out renovation together with the adaptation of premises for office purposes at the County Office (Starostwo Powiatowe) in Iława, within the scope defined by the contract and the procurement documents, in particular in the design documentation, the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) and the other procurement documents, 2. The subject of the contract includes the premises of the ground floor, and the I and III floors, as well as the common areas and the stairwell, including room 227.1 on the II floor, indicated in the Design Documentation. It does not include general renovation of the basements, sanitary facilities, or the second stairwell; however, it includes installation works clearly provided for in those zones, in particular the telecommunication cable route in the basement and connections to the existing infrastructure.
