TENDER DESCRIPTION

FORM: Given the uncertain number of items of linen to be processed, this lot is a single-award framework agreement, which is executed by purchase orders, within the meaning of Articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The ordering threshold to be applied is as follows: Lot 1: Laundry services for linen, professional workwear and textile products for municipal services (excluding daycare centre linen): - No minimum annual amount; - Maximum annual amount: EUR 25,000 excl. VAT. For estimation purposes, the contracting authority may order up to EUR 15,000 excl. VAT of services per year (for all services). This amount is not contractual and may change. In accordance with Article L2113-12 of the Public Procurement Code, lot 1 is reserved for adapted enterprises referred to in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, for sheltered work establishments and services referred to in Article L. 344-2 of the Code of Social Action and Families, and for equivalent structures, employing at least 50% of workers with disabilities who, due to the nature or severity of their disabilities, cannot carry out a professional activity under normal conditions.
