TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns services for additional maintenance and cleanliness of public spaces (including green spaces). The framework agreement is awarded using the open invitation to tender procedure (Article L.2124-2 and R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code). This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-2 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification. It may be tacitly renewed 3 times for periods of one year each, i.e. for a maximum duration of 4 years. The framework agreement is concluded with an annual minimum amount of 30 000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) and an annual maximum amount of 90 000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT), including for the renewal periods. The City is committed to a socially responsible procurement policy in order to contribute to improving the working conditions of disabled and disadvantaged workers covered by this consultation.
