TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to maintain and manage green spaces — including the tree heritage and irrigation systems — in zone 1 “West” of the Nîmes Métropole Urban Community. This contract is concluded for an initial period, the duration of which begins on the date of notification and ends after 24 months. All of the services will be paid by applying mixed prices. As the contract is for mixed prices, all of the services provided for in the BPU form the subject of a framework agreement, leading to the issuance of single-award order forms, awarded in application of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In application of Article R2162-4-2° of the same Code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value terms. The maximum amount in euros, excluding tax (EUR HT) for the initial period is 160,000 EUR HT. It is 40,000 EUR HT for each renewal period.
