TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is awarded as a single lot due to its very characteristics and considering the fact that the activities provided for in it concern contractual services which, because of their specific nature, and also for reasons of efficiency and proper functioning of the contract, must be performed by a single Contractor capable of coordinating them, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the service that is the subject of this contract. It is pointed out that the participation of small businesses is nevertheless safeguarded by the possibility of using a temporary grouping of enterprises (RTI). Pursuant to Article 108 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the contract will be awarded using the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio.
