TENDER DESCRIPTION

In July 2026, the Große Kreisstadt Grimma was included in the Bund–Länder funding programme “Lebendige Zentren” (LZP) by decision of the Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB) for the funding area “Ortsmitte Nerchau”. The future programme manager is to act as the city’s representative pursuant to § 157(1) of the BauGB. For the implementation of the overall measure, a funding period is planned until 2040.
