TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the CA) hereby tenders the outdoor facilities works for the new construction of the Petrus-Canisius primary school in Weeze on an EU-wide basis. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of services are to be found in the description of services together with the corresponding annexes (part of annex bundle 03). Bidders are strongly advised to obtain an accurate picture, prior to submitting the tender, of the local conditions and the works to be carried out during an on-site inspection, in order to avoid misjudgements in pricing. Should the awarded bidder subsequently invoke circumstances which would have been recognizable during an on-site inspection, the bidder is precluded (by such invocation) from advancing this statement. Registration for the corresponding on-site inspection is made via the messaging function of the procurement portal.
