TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) hereby tenders the outdoor facilities works for the new construction of the Petrus-Canisius Primary School in Weeze on a Europe-wide basis. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of performance are to be found in the specification of services together with the relevant documents (part of the set of documents Annex 03). Tenderers are strongly advised to obtain an accurate picture of the local conditions and the works to be performed during an on-site inspection before submitting their tender in order to avoid misjudgments in pricing. If the awarded tenderer later invokes circumstances which would have been recognizable during an on-site inspection, the tenderer is precluded (precluded from relying) on this argument. Registration for the corresponding on-site inspection is made via the messaging function of the e-tendering portal.
