TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as: CA) is hereby issuing a Europe-wide invitation to tender for the metalwork - PR façades, construction element A “light wells” for the new construction of the Petrus-Canisius Primary School in Weeze. The further work for the metalwork - PR façades of construction element B and construction element C will be awarded in parallel invitations to tender. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of services can be found in the description of services with the corresponding annexes (part of annex bundle 03). The tenderers are strongly advised, before submitting their tender, to obtain a precise picture of the local conditions and the work to be carried out during an on-site inspection in order to avoid incorrect assumptions when pricing. If the awarded tenderer subsequently invokes circumstances which would have been recognizable during an on-site inspection, it is precluded from making that submission.
