TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (hereinafter: the CA) is hereby awarding, on a Europe-wide basis, the metal fabrication works - PR façades, component C “cafeteria and gymnasium” for the new construction of the Petrus-Canisius Primary School in Weeze. The remaining works for the metal fabrication works - PR façades for component A and component B will be awarded in parallel tender procedures. A detailed description of the project and the corresponding scope of services can be found in the specifications (performance description) together with the relevant annexes (part of the annex volume 03). Bidders are strongly advised, before submitting their tender, to make a precise assessment of the local conditions and the works to be carried out during a site visit in order to avoid misjudgments when pricing. If the awarded bidder later invokes circumstances which would have been recognizable during a site visit, it is precluded (“prekludiert”) from presenting these arguments. Registration for a corresponding site visit shall be made via the message function of the contracting portal.
