TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor is required to deliver to the Contracting Authority a fully functional and tested Plant at the Plant site Vir, as defined by these procurement documentation. Works covered by the Contract include: • Design and all required investigative and field works, including obtaining all required permits and consents a) Carrying out all required investigative and field works which include: - Surveying works and services - Geotechnical investigative works and services b) Preparation of modifications and/or amendments to the existing Concept design for WWTP 53,000 PE, with a plant for solar sludge drying and NUS, or preparation of a new Concept design, if the Contractor deems necessary, including obtaining special conditions from public-law bodies and obtaining the location permit at the Contractor’s expense (within the agreed construction period) c) Preparation of all Main designs for WWTP and NUS, including obtaining confirmations from public-law bodies for the Main designs and obtaining the construction permit(s) at the Contractor’s expense (according to professional provisions) d) Preparation of all required Detailed designs for the construction of WWTP 53,000 PE, with…
