TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Berlin Water Utilities (BWB) intend to have their fixed electrical installations/equipment at the sewage treatment plant Waßmannsdorf, 12529 Schönefeld, recorded, inspected, documented and labelled. The inspection and recording are carried out on the basis of the inspection and documentation software for electrical safety inspections of the Berlin Water Utilities, Elektromanager (EM), at the time of award in version 11. For this purpose, a framework contract is to be concluded for a period of 24 months. The contract is awarded in partial services, on request, by the contracting authority. The fixed electrical installations of building services to be recorded and inspected are located in administrative and operational buildings and in outdoor areas. These are lighting and socket-outlet power circuits. The service includes, including optional requirements, the following maximum quantities: - Inspection, recording of the circuits including test label and test documents 4000 units - Labelling of equipment/devices 600 units - Installer hours (circuit search) 150 hours - Time surcharges 15 hours in accordance with the service specifications, Lot 1 and Appendix Test Calendar
