Reconstruction and equipping of the existing utility building located on the premises of the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) in Setropie, Drobin municipality, at the address: Setropie 26, 09-210 Drobin. Plot no. 111, land and mortgage register (KW) number PL1E/00014813/7 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the dismantling, reconstruction, finishing and equipping of the building, including in particular strengthening the reinforced-concrete structure, filling in/infilling walls, installing a new floor, demolishing the roof structure and constructing a lightweight roof cladding/covering with sheet-metal fittings/trim, making window and door joinery, thermal insulation, finishing works, and electrical and sanitary installations. 2.
