• Preparation and General Provisions: This includes setting up sub-assignments for annual district-oriented cleaning and inspection of sewerage and for delivery inspections (up to 5 km). It also involves preparing traffic plans for sub-assignments where standard vehicle action frames are insufficient. A significant preparatory step is recording the existing situation for district-oriented cleaning and inspection, which entails surveying the accessibility of inspection wells, inventorying necessary equipment, assessing pollution levels, identifying non-openable manhole covers, inventorying required traffic measures, identifying asbestos-suspect pipes, and managing sewage sludge. All findings must be documented in SCS (with photos/comments), and a preliminary report submitted to the client before a work plan is finalized.
• Cleaning of Sewerage and Manholes: This involves the use of vehicles equipped with specific action frames for short-term work. High-pressure cleaning is specified for both round profile sewerage (diameters 600-900mm, 900-1250mm, and 1500mm) and egg-shaped profile sewerage (500/750-600/900mm and 600/900-800/1200mm). The contractor is responsible for the costs of water intake for cleaning within a 25 km radius of the work site. Additionally, the emptying of 'blocked' sections may be required after approval from management.
• Reporting and Action Plans: Following cleaning and inspection, a digital report in PDF format (conforming to NEN EN 13508-2) is required. This report must adhere to a specific folder structure and include clearly traceable video names. If necessary, it should identify areas requiring milling work. Digital drawings with color-coding according to the KIC methodology are also required, showing inspected sewer sections (categorized as green, orange, red, and black based on condition scores) in PDF, DXF, or DWG formats with RD coordinates.
• Personnel and Equipment Deployment: The tender requires the deployment of personnel to carry out work related to the sub-assignments, with only net present hours being eligible for settlement.
