TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State Operating Company for Environment and Agriculture (BfUL) operates, on behalf of the Saxony State Office for Environment, Agriculture and Geology (LfULG), the hydrological monitoring network of the Free State of Saxony in groundwater. For this purpose, measuring points must be maintained, cared for, newly constructed or dismantled. Together with the BfUL, the LfULG plans to further expand this monitoring network and have approx. 126 groundwater monitoring points (approx. 42 measuring points per year) newly constructed in the period 2027 to 2029. These groundwater monitoring points are intended to serve to densify and qualify the existing monitoring network and to provide data on the condition and status of groundwater in the various groundwater bodies. The estimated contract value of the construction services to be awarded in total is stated as approx. EUR 7.8 million. Upon conclusion of the framework agreement, the bidder will still receive the contract in the IV quarter of 2026 for the construction of the first approx. 42 monitoring points in 2027.
