TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance and repair work for street lighting installations with approx. 22300 light points in the city of Kassel The contracting authority intends to split the tendered contract volume into a maximum of two framework agreement partners. The distribution of the contract volume is based on the ranking achieved in the evaluation of tenders according to the value matrix. In doing so, 60% of the tendered contract volume will be assigned to the highest-ranked bidder and 40% to the second-ranked bidder. The aim is to conclude framework agreements for the services listed under Section 3 and in the service description for the period from 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2031, with the option to extend the contract for a further 4 (2+2) years.
