TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement and order processing are carried out, on the one hand, via a static exclusive catalogue on an electronic online marketplace (procurement platform Unite) and, on the other hand, the procurement and order processing for warehouse material (central delivery) are carried out via framework agreement call-offs (orders). The contractor therefore undertakes, among other things, to provide the contractually agreed items, including the required product information and the agreed prices, in the aforementioned electronic catalogue and to ensure its connection throughout the entire term of the contract. Delivery shall be made to the contracting authority’s locations within the city area of Düsseldorf. The main delivery point is Höherweg 200, 40233 Düsseldorf. In addition, the contractor shall, on a case-by-case basis, offer the possibility of on-site consultation appointments for selected occupational safety / PPE products at the contracting authority’s locations.
