“Renovation of a warehouse base at Szkolna Street in Staszów” The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works including the renovation of a warehouse base at Szkolna Street in Staszów. The scope of the contract includes, in particular: renovation of the existing building by carrying out thermal modernization of the municipal warehouse building at Szkolna Street in the town of Staszów, located on plot(s) with cadastral identification number 1759/1, 1960 and 1977 Staszów; the works include, among others: replacement of the roof covering together with elements of the roof truss, thermal insulation of the external walls and foundations, replacement of insulated wooden door joinery, replacement of lighting with energy-efficient lighting, construction of a new layer structure for the floor on the ground, and ancillary works necessary for the proper execution of the entire scope of works. The investment site is subject to conservator protection. The works will be carried out under the supervision of the monument conservator and in accordance with the issued decision No. 293/A/26 dated 26.08.2026.
