Thermal modernisation of a public utility building – Chapel in Rożniatów 1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works related to the thermal modernisation of a public utility building - the Chapel in Rożniatów. The Chapel in Rożniatów is located on plot no. 93 in m. Rożniatów, gmina Uniejów. The subject of the contract includes: - preparation of a multi-disciplinary construction / technical design; - obtaining the required opinions, arrangements and checks of design solutions in the scope resulting from the provisions of law; - if necessary, obtaining the required exemptions from the applicable regulations, including the preparation of the necessary expert opinions and assessments; - obtaining a building permit or making the appropriate notification, if required by the applicable regulations - performing design supervision; - execution of construction works related to: a) external insulation; b) replacement of joinery; c) modernisation of the heating system; d) lighting modernisation; e) execution of PV micro-installations; f) replacement of the structural elements and roofing; g) carrying out the necessary ancillary works.
