TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the renovation of stairwells, corridors and basements in municipal residential and utility buildings in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Part I of the contract: Performance of construction and installation works related to the renovation of the stairwell and the corridor on the first floor of a public utility building at ul. Leszka Białego 5. The detailed scope of works for Part I of the contract includes, among other things: 1) Demolition and dismantling works; 2) General construction works; 3) Works related to installing building joinery and carpentry works; 4) Works related to electrical installations. 5) Renovation works; 6) Removal and disposal of waste. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to carry out a site visit. The site visit is possible during the period from 14.10.2026 to 21.10.2026, 09:00-14:00, after prior telephone arrangement.
