The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works as part of the task titled: Reconstruction of the stairwell in the building at 57 Nowopogońska Street in Sosnowiec under the task “Change of use and redevelopment of part of the former health centre and pharmacy into the State Archives and a Branch Office of the Education Curatorate.” 2. The required warranty period is 60 months. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
