The subject of the contract is the renovation of classrooms in the school building of the Forest Technical School named after Prof. Jan Miklaszewski in Starościn — the school building, first floor, rooms No 2/1–2/5 on plot No ewid. plot No 633/14 in Starościn. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) carrying out demolition and dismantling works in the renovated classrooms and ancillary rooms, including removing existing floor coverings and floor panels, dismantling joinery and the indicated elements of installations and equipment, 2) separating from the physics office the utility room, including construction of a partition wall, a new entrance from the corridor side, installation of a lintel, and execution of the necessary infill masonry and restoration works, 3) preparing and repairing surfaces of walls and ceilings, including removal of old paint coatings and dado rails, filling in defects, performing plastering in places requiring restoration, priming, and applying gypsum smoothing plaster, 4) painting the walls…
