TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract includes the construction of social facilities within the perimeter of the current Neuville-sur-Saône wastewater treatment plant for the operations team and the process team, with modification and extension of the existing building to create offices, reconfiguration of the supervision room and distribution areas, and enlargement of the changing rooms and the refectory, as well as the creation of workshop and storage premises on the ground floor (RDC), a dual-purpose mixed green roof and storage area, with outdoor storage including canopies and photovoltaic panels. This contract is part of the restructuring operation for the Fontaines-sur-Saône wastewater treatment plant (STEP) and its connection to the Pierre Bénite catchment area. This operation comprises 6 lots. This consultation relates only to lot 3. Lots 1 and 2 have been awarded and are currently under execution. Lots 5 and 6 will be launched later, with the work carried out after the acceptance of lots 1 and 2.
